Lara is a Why Choose romance author, writing characters you can’t help but love. Whether in a contemporary setting or deep in a fairytale retelling, she conveys real people with genuine emotions.
A Jersey Girl through and through, with British roots on her mother’s side, she loves she can slip into her city shoes or country boots at a moment's notice.
She wrote her first novel during NaNoWriMo in 2019 and self-published that same novel in March 2020. After many hours of thinking, Lara pulled Arranged from Amazon and supplement it with the things she learned after writing for a bit.
Most of her work has been short stories featured in limited time anthologies, but since finding Amazon Vella, she has been able to finish many stories and release them in ebook/paperback.
Lara has ADHD and clinical depression, and sometimes she gets lost on Tiktok when she should be writing/editing.
When she’s not writing, she’s spending time with her three children and family. She is a paralegal by trade and enjoys how multi-faceted the law is. In her free time, she’s got her nose in a book - because readers make the best authors.
